All lighting comes with a 2-year quality warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issue, contact us with your order details and we will repair or replace the fixture.

Most of our fixtures are dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer and dimmable bulbs. Built-in LED models support TRIAC dimming. Please check the product details or contact us to confirm compatibility with your setup.

As a guide, a pendant above a dining table should hang 70–90 cm above the surface, with a diameter roughly one-half to two-thirds the table width. For rooms, choose a fixture diameter around one-tenth of the room area. Our team is happy to advise on specific layouts.

Unused fixtures in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale. Please contact us to initiate a return.
